WARD, F
In a report on the Sanatorium, a case was put to headquarters by the Father’s Association Toowoomba Branch on behalf of a Mr F Ward. Upon examination Mr Ward was admitted to the Kyoomba Sanatorium on the 29 April 1921. No further information has been discovered to identify this man.
